I take BariMelts,A good bariatric multi Vitamin my doctor suggested,liquid Vitamins,chewable Calcium ,Biotin,D3 and liquid collagen because my hair is thinning rapidly.

Most important is the PROBIOTIC.I prefer the refrigerated type from Vitamin shop ,whole foods or other vitamin stores.I range from strains from 30 billion to 80 billion.
