feligurl3 0 Posted August 5, 2007 Hey everyone well i was banded on may 16, 2007. I was so glad to have it done and sometimes feel i cant believe it either. i have lost already 35 pounds, i think im the good track. My question is, if you chefs out there had the band, is it hard for you all to not pick on the food. I mean i have cinnamom rolls, pastries ect. in the morning and i have to pick on the just a bit. I also tast things while im cooking them at the restaurant. i find this very hard to stop. So is anyone having any problems with this?? What should i do. Im going on my 4th fill in a couple weeks and im not feeling much restriction so i know i need more Fluid in my band.. Help@!!! ChefsS!!!!:hungry:
Qvrfullmidwife 0 Posted August 5, 2007 I asked a similar question a few weeks ago...we raise dairy goats and I make and sell cheese...not banded yet so cant answer the 'how will it all work out' type of questions. Will be watching this thread with great interest...
mini 0 Posted September 3, 2007 All I can say is I am jelouse that you have 10 kids and raise goats and make cheese! Believe it or not...that is my dream. Cept maybe 5 kids ...ten might even try my patience! Bless you, I think it would be really hard even with the band to be around food that you love everyday. I have to keep the stuff out of my house of I eventually go for it. Hopefully you guys will have a better will power than me. Plus the band will help you allot. I would still have the band even if I was married to a 5 star baker. I think it would make a huge difference. Blessings, Weazer
