Margie122 845 Posted March 23, 2016 Inner Surfer Girl - I just bought the dry brush and face brush on Amazon. Love my Prime membership. I've read about the benefits of dry brushing before and I'm going to do it. I have dramatically cut down on sugar and I'm starting Yoga next week. Yoga is 1 night a week in addition to my 2 Zumba days. I haven't ever thought about a "rebounder" before but I might look into it. Excellent article - thanks for sharing. Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted March 23, 2016 Let me know how it goes. I think I am still too heavy for a rebounder but may try it in the future. Let me know how it goes. I think I am still too heavy for a rebounder but may try it in the future.
