I absolutely love "Chinese" take out. My very favorite is spicy sesame chicken, which of course is breaded, therefore it is a once every six weeks-two month treat. No rice etc. I do notice I am usually up a pound or two the day after due to the higher sodium.

I like the broth from the won ton Soup and add nutritional yeast to it. The added flavor is tasty --put that with the added 7gr of Protein and it's a win/win.

I also love eggplant with a side order of garlic sauce for dipping.

I order something that fits into the parameters (either Protein or protein+veggies, nothing fried) and skip the rice. I eat about a cup and box the rest up. Someone said beef & broccoli - yep - that would work.
