I at a standstill

HI Ya'll It has been a long time since I have been to the site, mostly because I have been so busy.

I was banded on July 21, 2006 and I have lost 96 of the 200 lbs I want to lose.

Lately, I have been stuck, and I was wondering if anyone has and tips to help me to get back on track of losing 2 to 3 lbs a week. Permantly with out them going up and down all the time. I have started back to Curves about three times a week and I can actually get thru my complete workout now. But any helps on getting back on track would be greatly appreciated. :help:
