Smokers Beware! - I have an ulcer

Over 1 week smoke free! Cold Turkey is the only way that I've been able to quit in the past. I had just recently started up again. My wife smokes and I would join her for a cigarette late in the day and I was starting to have one at work once in awhile. First 3 days were difficult, but, I think I got this. This post along with my friend dying of pneumonia was the eye opener for me. Prayers for a speedy recovery for kranky813. jake

I quit smoking on 2/22 prepping for my 4/7 surgery.. Did fine then started vaping to get past the edge.. Grr bad move on my part, now I have to quit again

I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago, for surgery. I never felt like I was going to relapse during that time and felt somewhat confident. the moment I felt somewhat better after surgery I started wanting to smoke. I really feel like I might, even though I absolutely know I shouldn't.
