While it does have a little sugar, at this point I don't care lol! I'm able to get one down in a 30 minute period and it stays down without causing my stomach to feel like absolute crap! Those with dairy issues will absolutely have a problem with these, but I love them! I even got vanilla ones to make smoothies with. I got sleeved on the 9th of March (:

(Please note, you do have to drink 4 a day to get the 60g Protein requirement though)
