any tips for meals or how to add more protein?

Egg beaters are a great Protein source and a little quicker than eggs. I also do dannon light and fit Greek yogurt alot.

My go to lunch now is tuna salad made with Greek yogurt, boiled egg, low-fat cheese then eat a scoop of it on a bed of cottage cheese. Every ingredient is Protein, except for mustard and dill relish.
