WLSResources/ClothingExch 3,444 Posted March 17, 2016 (edited) Extremely high in sodium. The labels are scary. Be cautious and think about limiting your intake so that, averaged over a few days or a week, it doesn't put your sodium numbers over the top. It requires being diligent about choosing very low-sodium things the rest of the day. This is just one of the reasons tracking food intake is smart to do.
