jayali 5 Posted March 15, 2016 I was wondering how everyone has been doing and if maybe we are having similar issues. I am definitely at a STALL for about a month and the 86lbs difference doesn't really make me see a difference in myself. I'm beginning to think maybe this not going so well for me. Before going in to surgery I weighed in at 356 and for the past month I have been stuck on 270. I definitely need some reassurance n motivating responses to keep positive n push me to try harder n not give in which is how I have been feeling for the past month a bit depressed ???????????? BarrySue 602 Posted March 15, 2016 I have had a few brief stalls since July 13th when I got sleeved, but I'm down 136 lbs. Just stick with the diet and do your best to stay active. I don't exercise at a gym, but I walk around campus plenty, take the stairs, walk around malls and random places to keep moving. I spent the last five days in NYC, where I walked around 30 miles. mackattack 5 Posted March 17, 2016 I'm 8 months out and down 84 pounds. It seems surprising that you are at the same weight for a month. Maybe reassess: getting all the Protein and Water in? Exercising? At 8 months out, I still do Protein shakes to make sure I get all the Protein.
