Starting liquid diet tomorrow, any tips?

My only advice is to keep focused and avoid situations that people will be eating around you.

Im on day 7 of the 21/days I have to do and our is by far more mentally tough than physical. My first couple of days were extreme. Ask i could do was think about eating.And that passed. I still think of eating but I don't obsesss on it. I was super excited when I saw the scale decrease. I am able to be around others eating as off day 6 and I make myself because now that we have gotten to this point, its our life permanently. So im practicing discipline and so far so good. Im keeping myself mindful and accountable.
