Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

Hi everyone:

My surgery is 8/13 and I know i will need an arm lift because i lost the weight before and my arms used to make me cry.

anything and everything about this surgery I would like to know. I am in NY, any good surgeons used by anyone?

How long was recovery, painful? Everything.
