Essence46 493 Posted March 18, 2016 (edited) Hey there @3283 The most important thing is: It's your race at your pace. Take your time. Start off slow. Walk if you need to. Do intervals if they help. Get some good running shoes for a running store where they test you. The shoes are expensive but worth it. Listen to your body. Last, have fun.
