Julie norton 2,850 Posted March 11, 2016 Hoping us more (ahem) mature adults are finding that being in good shape in our sixties makes us feel like we are in our forties! Many of us, myself included , find that being healthy and fit in our sixties is BETTER than our overweight, unhealthy forties/thirties/fifties. jfc193 718 Posted March 31, 2016 I totally agree I turned 61 on your original post date. Though I have not ever reach goal I weigh less today then I did over 30 years ago.
