Post sleeve day 3 in Atlanta

My surgery was on Tuesday around noon and I left the hospital around 4-5 hours later! I felt so good from the anesthesia that I told the nurse "This can't be this easy". I actually refused the wheelchair and walked out on my own. Well, I was somewhat right. Second day was a little rougher just because I was tired and a bit sore. Day 3 is better and I'm getting all my Vitamins and Fluid down but it ain't easy. I know it will improve daily. Got to start getting my walking in! Just feel too tired right now.

You don't have to do a ton of walking. Just get up every hour or two and walk for a few minutes. Even just marching in place is better than nothing. I found marching in place actually relieved my gas pain and helped make sipping my Water a little easier.
