beccasgotcurls 1 Posted March 11, 2016 Hi all! I'm almost at my 1 year post op anniversary but I've been plateaued for the past 6 weeks. I eat on average 1500 calories a day and go to the gym 4 times a week but I can't seem to get the numbers on the scale to budge! Any tips/tricks for breaking the stall? Thank you! Or, even more since you are exercising? Are you avoiding added sugar and starches? Are you taking all of your Vitamins and supplements? Are you losing inches? Stevehud 1,790 Posted March 11, 2016 1500 calories seems quite high to me. how close are you to your goal? literally i was on half that until i hit my goal and Im on maintenance, and on avg i hit 1200, 1500 is very very rare.
