I wonder how much interest there would be in this area. I start my 3 week Optifast liquid diet tomorrow bright and early then surgery on April 4. anewme2015 345 Posted March 14, 2016 The Optifast is a challenge for the first few days and then you'll find your appetite drops off. I was amazed I wasn't hungrier. Good luck with your surgeries! The recovery isn't bad at all. And soon you'll be dropping weight and feeling great. I'm excited for you both. Keep posting abt your journey. It's nice to chat local! Im strangely excited for the Optifast though im sure by this time tomorrow night ill be singing a different toon lol...went out for a goodbye dinner tonight lol....How local are you?
