drumking88 10 Posted March 10, 2016 So to start, I'm not freaking out but I'm really just curious. I lost 18lbs first week after surgery but now I'm kinda stuck. I assume this is no big deal but I'm looking for a little assurance from some veteran sleevers
march3rdsleeve 13 Posted March 10, 2016 Is it possible all the fluids they pumped into you took maybe a week to pee out.my nurse told me it's not uncommon to gain 20-30 PDS after surgery cuz of it. Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted March 10, 2016 Don't freak out. The best thing to do early out is just follow your program and stay off the scale. You are healing from surgery. In addition, almost everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery. None of us lose at a constant or steady rate and periodic stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process. Stay off the scale and Embrace the Stall! http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall
