Does SAMs have the vanilla?

Yes, they typically have all 3 flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry)

BJ's does chocolate only in NC, but I found three flavors at Harris Teeter.

Yes, at BJs. chocolate only - good thing because Chocolate is the only flavor I can stomach!
