FayBee 285 Posted April 9, 2016 @@marie honestly I still do a lot of Soups because I can get the different flavor I crave like crushed lentil Soup, clam chowder, chicken lemon rice soup. It's doesn't feel like I'm trying that way and it tastes good. I also do the starkist tuna kit I can usually eat 1-2 crackers and I eat the rest with a spoon. FayBee 285 Posted April 9, 2016 My start weight on 3/9/16 was 256 before my 7 day liquid diet. Date of surgery 3/16/16 245. Current weight 230. I'm happy with 26 pounds down in 1 month. FayBee 285 Posted May 6, 2016 I have had a few stalls already. 36lbs total 26lbs since surgery. Haven't lost anything this week though. It is frustrating but I keep telling myself, I would not have lasted 6 weeks on a regular diet! Plus I'm doing bad about getting my workouts in! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I keep telling myself that I need to take advantage of the honeymoon period. I want to lose as much as possible before the end of the honeymoon period. You are doing great... I also want to take advantage of the honeymoon period. I know the next 2 months I can lose another 20 lbs before it really starts slowing down and I would be okay with that!
