msjg46 39 Posted March 1, 2016 Exercising has always been fun for me but today I went back to Zumba, after months being gone, with almost 40 less pounds and it was WONDERFUL!! One of the best parts of this journey for me is that, while I still feel a little self-conscious, I now can walk into any exercise class I want to and not feel out of place or unable to keep up.
