Vets still trying to lose - what are your macros?

I eat a Protein Bar, like Quest or Combat Crunch, for Breakfast and a snack. lunch is almost always a salad.

Thanks everyone. I did up my Water, @@CowgirlJane, and I think I might have slacked off on it a bit before. I like MFP @@erp, but I wish we could check off food as we go through the day. I do like seeing the pie chart of when i eat as well as how my macros are spread. Also I was working at keeping close my macro goals but not worrying too much if I was under them. My trainer asserts that staying constant will be key, and in my phase of trying to lose again I need to be way more consistent, keeping within 5 g of them. Admittedly I'd been off there too. I'm crossing my fingers, logging food, going to the gym and (sigh) trying again. :mellow:
