Sunta 5 Posted August 1, 2007 I posted this is the main forum yesterday and no one answered me, so I'm trying again here. I just recently took up power yoga and am concerned that some of the moves could increase the risk of slippage because they can cause your internal organs to shift. Has anyone heard anything about this or know if yoga is safe with the band? Thanks!
coltonwade 27 Posted August 6, 2007 this is an interesting question. I wanted to start doing yoga ... I dont know what the difference is between yoga and power yoga but I would like to know? Have you asked your doctor ? Or found an answer ? Mindy
jmarruda 22 Posted August 6, 2007 I have tried out some hatha yoga dvd's at home and haven't had any issues, but this may be a good question for the doc. I'd like to know, considering I liked the dvd's and would like to continue to do them.

Also im on a womens kickball team and i got hit couple time on my port area,.. is that bad..
jmarruda 22 Posted August 20, 2007 I wouldn't think that it was good to get hit in the port area, but if you aren't having any pain, I wouldn't give too much thought to it...
