Horizon BCBS of New Jersey question about submitting paperwork

I used Dr. Prokurat in Freehold but I believe he is dropping Horizon at the end of the month. I think there is another surgeon in his practice, Dr. Noyan

I am in Michigan I have 2 surgeons to pick from, Dr. Baker and Dr. Nagel from grand health partners of Grand Rapids. That is if all go's well when they submit my paper work to horizon.

No I'm waiting approval from insurance. It was sent to them March 9th and it's still under review.
