Nikki 0 Posted August 31, 2007 Tia- Yuck at feeling poorly. I know by the time you read this you'll be better. Jmc- You go! Getting a trainer is a great step forward! Just to brag on myself for a minute, I'm wearing a XL! Do you see that?! There is only ONE X in front of the L!!!!!!!!!! That's something else! J NOW THAT IS A NSV!!!! YAY for you!!!!!! I actually bought a dress last weekend that was XL but it was a little to tight around by belly - just not very sexy looking. LOL I decided to keep it anyway since I love it so much!!! BTW that's my new thing, I will not buy or "settle" for anything just because I can get into it. It has to make me look damn good!!!!

Sophie248 0 Posted September 1, 2007 My stomach and rear are actually sore from a new exercise I've discovered. I was doing work travel for a total of 10 hours Thurs and Fri, and was SO tired of sitting on my a**. I was enjoying some funky music and started car seat dancing. It was great! I just channeled my inner exotic/belly dancer and moved around for much of the trip. Might have looked a little weird to people passing, but....oh well. I don't know what music you all like, but has anyone listened closely to the words of Linkin Park's song "What I've Done"? This song is so inspiring to me right now. It's all about forgiving yourself......"so let mercy come and wash away.......what I've done......I face myself.......to cross out what I've become.......erase myself.....and let go of what I've done." For 18 years I've felt so much guilt and pain for gaining weight and failing at weight loss, but I feel that pain lifting as I erase those lbs away......letting go....forgiving myself.....it's truly an amazing feeling!
