Dibaby 0 Posted August 20, 2007 Wow its the 20th already! Okay I've been doing pretty decent although I didn't exercise yesterday. Saturday I did go to a class. We used those resist-a-ball things. OMG..what a killer! I've been working out 4-5 days a week..I'm going tonight I plan on doing 40 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the eliptical and 15 on the weight machines Ohhhh and guess what! I actually RAN on the treadmill!!! I was sooo scared..LOL.. but i saw the women doing it next to me and she inspired me. So I ran for about 2 minutes and then had to turn it back down. But at least I did it. I figure everyone i see around me thats running is skinny..they must be doing something right..LOL
