Taking meds

I take med and am wondering if that gonna affect me after surgery if I can still take my meds after surgery I take 7 in the morning and 7 at night time

I'm wondering this too. My surgery date is 3/21 and I take several medicines in the morning and then 3 at night

Every surgeon is different. For me I was not allowed to take any medications the night of my surgery (which was on Monday, 2.15) but everything was back to normal on Tue morning. I didn't have any problems when I started taking meds again.

I have medications I cannot miss, I was allowed to take specific ones that morning and was back on everything that evening. I think I was almost as worried about this as the surgery itself, one of my meds if you miss more than a dose you have to go inpatient to get back on.

I took one pill at a time, took time between and everything went down fine no pain or anything.
