6 month weigh ins

How did everyone do on these? Did you lose? Gain? Did anything effect your surgery??

I am getting sleeves on 3/1

I didn't loose any but I also didn't gain during my 4 month process !! The damage came in December for the holidays I gained 7 pounds so before 2/25 when I see my doc I have to loose those 7 pounds am already 5 down but the thing is not to gain and try your hardest to loose some

Thank you @@Amayor85 I see my dr for my last weigh in on March 7th, I'll try my hardest to lose the few pounds I gained.
