I am currently in the process of my 3 month supervised diet, have a bmi of 40 and high LDL. But my insurance does not actually require me to lose any weight during the 3 months. Does anyone know how hard it is to get approved with Health Plan of Nevada?

I had HPN when I got my surgery and it was a pretty easy process. I didn't have to lose weight I just had to make sure I didn't gain any.
