bsanders 69 Posted February 18, 2016 I'm sure y'all seen this same ole song and dance but wow.. Day 4 of pre op diet.. Hungers gone, scale is dropping however I'm a so fatigued.. Flat out tired.. I'm not going to give in of course but how about advice on energy? My diet is all liquid.. 50 ounces of Protein Shakes (Premier Protein and muscle milk) and at least 48 ounces of Clear liquids.. JamieLogical 8,710 Posted February 18, 2016 My pre-op diet was about 450 calories a day, I still had to go to work every day, I still had 100% of my stomach, and I was told to continue working out. Of course I was completely exhausted. I got to where it was hard for me to lift my arms to wash my hair in the mornings!
