Going to try to go to a few bootcamp and yoga classes this week so hopefully I'll get in more exercise! Just 1.5 hours this week. Thnings are crazy, but i am still comitted to exercise, getting 4 hous each week at the gym and now working on getting up to 15000 steps per day. average is 5,000-12000 so i have some work to do.
