So everyone let me know your exercise goal (# of hours per week), and check in is every Monday! If you want to include your weight too that's fine...if you have a fit bit let me know and I'll invite you to the challenges we have been doing on there!!! PS- you may have to log into google to see the spreadsheet!!! Just let me know your goal number of hours to exercise and every Monday the number of hours you exercised for the week. You can include a weight loss goal if you'd like!
