This was my first time being around people I didn't discuss the surgery with beforehand. If not for one Facebook status immediately post-op no one would have known except my boyfriend and best friends. Vaguely regretting that but I'm only friends with two coworkers on Facebook who work different shifts or departments than I do. Hoping I can keep it somewhat under wraps at work? I guess we will see March 1st :P
