robynbyrd 5 Posted February 18, 2016 Sweet potato pear and broccoli. It sounds gross but oh so yummy. Steam until soft and puree.
jEnNiFeR_lYnN 12 Posted February 19, 2016 Two Trader Joe's turkey meatballs (no breadcrumbs!) With a scoop of ricotta and marinara. Delish! Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal
Susan66 128 Posted February 19, 2016 I never did purée any food in a blender or food processor. If you have teeth you should be able to chew your food to a puréed texture.
DaisyAmy 561 Posted February 19, 2016 I didn't purée much, either, but one of my first pureed was chicken chili. I used my immersion blender and it tasted amazing after all the sweet in the liquid phase!!!
sweetsavannah 20 Posted February 20, 2016 I'm currently on purees and loving the baked ricotta, greek yogurt, refried Beans, and Laughing Cow cheese triangles! Just don't forget about the Protein. The only thing I've tried on purees that I didn't care for was oatmeal...weird because I loved it before, but I don't need all of those carbs anyway!
