Essence46 493 Posted February 17, 2016 (edited) I got on the scale and realized I gained 4 pounds. I swear I almost hyperventilated, had a panic attack and fell off it *ugh* I am ok now. I know what I need to do to get back on track. Will it be like this the rest of my life every time I gain a pound? Essence46 493 Posted February 17, 2016 Not enough Protein. Haven't work out or run in a week. Went on a ski trip over the weekend. Drank my calories. Didn't eat much. Bad choices. I know. I have been horrible the last thee weeks. I am back on it though. Went to the gym this morning. Any idea what caused the gain? Has to be Water retention if it was rapid.
