sshawk69 17 Posted February 17, 2016 Breakfast- whole grain oatmeal Protein bar with 1 cup of fairlife skim milk Am snack- 4oz cottage cheese with 1/2 cup grapes Lunch- 2oz thin and trim honey turkey with cheese rolled in a lettuce wrap little mayo and mustard.
