m.sexton 33 Posted February 18, 2016 when adding the Protein powder to your coffee or hot chocolate remember you put one scoop in a cup and add a little cold Water until it is runny like pancake batter and then slowly stir in your coffee and it wont lump up. I had to learn the hard way on this. LOL Great way to get in your Protein. I also hate taking Vitamins and having a hard time with it. I ran out of my Patches but I came across the website and went ahead and ordered me some more. I usually get them at my Dr. apt but its a 1 1/2 drive away and not very convenient for me. They should be arriving any day now. I am sick of Protein drinks so what I do is smoothies instead. beezy8 41 Posted February 19, 2016 The Bariatric Pal Store has some very tasty Vitamins. The Melts work well for me. Iron+D tastes like a bite of real orange. calcium chews ate very good, too.
