ROFLMAO at new "dating" site -- www.cougarlife.com

Recommended Posts

Screaming laughing here! Just saw a TV ad for the latest dating site, although I'm not sure how much actual dating is involved:

www.cougarlife.com

"Meet Divorcees, Single Moms and Sexy singles looking for a young Stud! Start searching right now! - It's easy"

BTW, the splash page urges visitors to see the commericial.

It seems neither cougars nor their studs can spell or punctuate.

Good Lord.

So, I first became aware of the cougar-cub craze a few years back when one of my sons friends was seeing a woman at least twice his age. She bought stuff for him, took him on trips etc. Besides the fact that no man under 40 (except my cute doctor) is allowed to see me nekkid, ever, I guess I am also old fashioned... the idea of purchasing companionship is just too much . Of course maybe now I am too old to be a cougar any way .....Ha!

The sad thing is a lot of men under 30 are more grown up than the middle aged ones going through their mid life crisis.

Yes. FYI The male equivalent is called a paramour or a kept man Females have many titles: concubine, etc.

Not sure about age differential title for men though... Middle age crisis perhaps?

I think age 40 is the cougar threshold.

Plenty of sugar daddy websites out there, dubz. No more stripping to get through college in the Internet age... just find an old, rich guy.

Ha! Now you'll never get that song out of your heads!

I have heard stories regarding some farmers and livestock:

Farmer in court: "But your honor, she had the "baaaaaaaaady of an ewe, how was I to know she was only a lamb?".

Sugar babies. Cougars. There is a butt for every seat. Was talked into dating well below my age preference once...what a waste of time. I don't want to date someone who hasn't had kids and can't remember the Cold War

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
