nursejenny07 401 Posted April 20, 2016 I usually go with fage plain non-fat Greek yogurt. For flavor I'll either mix in some vanilla Protein Powder or a little Splenda and some fresh fruit. I also use it just plain as a substitute for sour cream. It's by far my favorite Greek yogurt in terms of versatility, flavor, and texture! [emoji1]
Momcat 29 Posted May 19, 2016 In my opinion Siggis is the best for flavored yogurts. Their plain is good too though. For plain, I also really like Fage!
LibrarianBecky 91 Posted May 19, 2016 Currently, I eat the Oikos triple zero and the dannon light and fit Greek. The thing I love about the Oikos is that it has 6 g of Fiber...I'm not getting Fiber many other places, so those 6 g help!
