This site served as a huge resource of knowledge in the pre-op phase, a motivator and support system in the post op phase and now I am here to try and help others on their weight loss journey! sbg224 318 Posted February 15, 2016 I used to live in Austin, does that count. lol. I was just wondering how you stayed on track all these years. I am 6 1/2 months out, had total knee surgery, and with all the pin and nausea found myself straying from the rules. I am now trying to get back on track, but feel bored with the same old food. Carbs, not sweets, crackers, bread, tortillas, mostly are my downfall. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
