Eating 6 times a day during 6 month supervised diet

Is anyone else having to eat 6 times a day for their 6 month supervised diet? I have been doing this for a month and down a few pounds, but it's hard to eat 6 times a day! I understand after surgery this will be my routine, but it's tough to eat so many times in a day.

I had to. I never made it though, seemed almost impossible. Just try and graze on Protein packed food all day. Now I easily can eat my six meals and get all my nutrients. It takes time, just make sure you eat protein first!
