nlo127@live.com 22 Posted February 14, 2016 I am 6 days out and having severe pain on the top of my belly in the middle, just under my boobs, almost in between them. Is anyone else experiencing or has experienced this pain? Is it just gas? It is unbearable at times.
CBT 450 Posted February 14, 2016 Severe pain is not normal. Call your doctor.
nlo127@live.com 22 Posted February 14, 2016 It's like quick stabbing pains. They don't last long and go away, but always come back. Pain meds do help though.
Amelie2016 116 Posted February 14, 2016 My left arm stabbing pains started 9 days out and have now vanished 12 days out. It was weird. I have changed the way I'm sleeping, on a wedge pillow. Some say it's still CO2 at your stage.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted February 14, 2016 Definitely call your surgeon's office. My surgeon has a 24 hour phone number for just this kind of question. We aren't doctors.
Shiloh2004 20 Posted February 14, 2016 Info 127, I believe, based on what I have read and learned, that maybe you should contact your doctor. Just to be safe. Don't want an infection to begin. Will be thinking about you.
jpballerina 26 Posted February 14, 2016 Everyone here can guess. I would guess still CO2. But that won't help you if it's something serious, like a blood clot. Call your Dr asap. Always better to have a Dr tell you "you're fine," instead of, "you should have called 3 days ago!" Call the Dr. right away!
