I wouldn't. It has Salicylates (aspirin is derived from salicylic acid and it is prohibited after sleeves). Immodium and/or Tums would be safest. I think you can take GasX strips as well.

If you are having ongoing issues you might also want to look into taking a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) like omeprazole for a few months to see if that helps. It is one of those drugs you can get over the counter, and take it daily.

If none of those help, check with your doctor to see what they recommend.

You should have your surgeon prescribed something I used ondansetron in the dissolve firm melts in your mouth
