fernandfj 469 Posted February 12, 2016 I am about 6 1/2 months out and am at 1000 calories per day and over 100 gms Protein a day. My weight loss has slowed down the past couple of months and I stall for about half of the month, but the trend is still downward. I exercise a light to moderate amount (some Water aerobics, walking, and yoga) but no hardcore strength or cardio training.
