I get hungry sometimes but not often. I think I will try about 900 and see if between that and making sure I get my Protein and Water in if the scale starts moving again. I still have about 34 pounds that I would like to lose.

I am 135 and aim for 35-40. .3 X weight= Protein needed. I eat about 1,800 calories a day and easily maintain my weight loss.

I don't actively count carbs but I tracked all my food for a month recently, just to get a sense of where I'm at since I started half marathon training and needed to increase my calorie intake. I seemed to be right around 70 net carbs a day most days?

Ok thank you for the input, just trying to get a feel for how many carbs will be right for me. I try not to eat more than 80 a day as I am still not at my goal yet and assume along with everything else too many carbs can stall you as well.

When I am in weight loss mode I stay below 60 total carbs (NOT net carbs) per day.

Some people seem to be more sensitive to carbs than others. I have seen people posting that they can't lose weight on more than 40 carbs a day. I didn't track for most of my weight loss phase, but I suspect I was probably more around 60 net carbs a day while I was losing? Now in mainenance, 70-100 net carbs a day seems to work just fine for me. I just always make sure to get my 100 grams of Protein in and it the rest of my macros seem to work themselves out from there.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
