sarahamn 1 Posted February 12, 2016 (edited) It's my fifth week and so far I can have any type of Soup that it's low-fat milk and trying to avoid salt as much possible plus egg white with nonfat cheese, oatmeal, salmon, tuna, mashed Beans and mashed potato..
