Now that I am eating solid/soft food I am having a hard time telling when I am full, and also a hard to stopping when i think I might be... Does anybody have ways that helped them.. Measuring Cups ETC.

Not sure if this will help. It may take time to understand what full feels like with your sleeve. As @jamieLogcal said. Small amounts 2oz. take breaks to see how you feel. . A silly thing that I experienced after eating was burping. Once I started to burp it was time to stop.

Oh man, I felt full so quick in the beginning. But it is different than the "full" feeling before surgery so I know what you mean. I am 9 months out and still use measuring cups on a regular basis. I can eat about a half cup of "normal" food or about a cup of Soup (if it is mostly liquid).

In the beginning, don't try to get full. Weigh your food and eat the amount your program recommends. My program in the beginning was 2oz at a time, progressing each week.

I've definitely had a hard time telling when I am full. I realized that it is a very different feeling from before surgery. For me 1/4 seems to do the trick. Sometimes I can eat a little more, most of the time I have to eat less. Just listen to your body.
