@@antionettemn619y1 - Let's be honest here - we all did this to get skinny.

There are folks on here with very low BMIs getting surgery which I don't totally understand but who am I to judge their reasoning.

We're allowed to want to be skinny too. My BMI on surgery day was 32. I have back issues and I want to be happy again. There's been tons of research that proves it very beneficial for lower bmi patients to have the surgery done so as to avoid the detrimental affects of the comorbidities that occur at higher weights were being proactive. Nothing wrong with that

Man, amen!! from 275 to 305 lbs I lived on Advil, aspirin, tylenol, soma, flexeril etc for decades

Now at 218 My joint and back pain is so LESS pronounced now, it's incredible.

Just walking upstairs.... this is great!! I'm planning on around 200 even or maybe even 195...(I'm 6' 1") one of the best decisions of my life
