I'm down 26.2 pounds. I actually went back and forth this week. Not sure if it's my scale, but it hasn't moved past this 26.2 pounds yet.

I hit my stall at 3 weeks. Weight yourself first thing in the am with nothing on and do it in the same spot also. Congratulations on the 26.2!!!

I lost about 40 the first month. Of course I am a guy who started at 411, so my BMR was huge and I ate nothing. Keep going it comes off. I am now 8 months + and over 100 down. The holidays were rough but I am losing again. You can do this!! Protein and water!

I'm not sure but I'd say that's really good. Don't make yourself crazy depending of numbers. Wasn't that frustrating enough before surgery? Just do what your suppose to do and the weight will come off. Good luck girl!
