2016 March Sleevers

I am new to the group. I just wanted to see if there are any sleevers heading to TJ mid-march. I will be traveling by myself and was hoping to get to know some people I may be visiting with come March.

Are Gummy Vitamins ok to take post-op? Or should they be the other chewable kind or sublingual?

The b-complex Vitamins I have for immediate post-surgery are gummies by vita fusion.

My surgeon said they'll be fine as long as I chew em up really well before swallowing.

@@CanadaLoser I understand all of ur feelings, I feel the exact same way mine is March 28th and is all I think about one day I feel like I am ready and one day I feel like I am not.

Feb 29th!! Im so excited! I started my pre op diet 5 days ago....already lost 8 lbs! If only it were easier to do, we wouldn't all need to be sleeved! :-)
